We build tiny custom houses, which means there is no fixed price based on the size or number of bedrooms. Each tiny home is designed with your material and performance requirements in mind to suit your budget and taste. To determine the price, a typical turnkey 8-meter tiny house will cost between NZ $ 150,000 and NZ $ 170,000, although with minimal furniture this can be done for less money.
Interaction with other people
We can build to any stage of completion, so if you want to do some DIY work on your tiny home, we can build a sealed / waterproof enclosure for you so you can customize the interior yourself, it will probably cost upwards of 65,000 to 75,000 New Zealand dollars.
Due to the gradual rise in material and labor costs, it is impossible to keep prices up to date on all of our many unique previous builds.
